GENERAL
Race Weekend: 6-7 April 2013 (moved from 13-14 April)
Entry Deadline: 2 February 2013 (APPLY FOR THIS RACE!)
Late entries: Considered case-by-case, space permitting

SPECTATOR NOTE: MMC IS NOT SET UP FOR SPECTATORS. THE TRACK STAFF IS REQUIRING THAT ALL SPECTATORS MENTION THE NAME OF A PRE-REGISTERED PARTICIPANT TO BUY A TICKET. FOR LESS HASSLE, PLEASE CHECK OUT OUR EVENTS AT EITHER NEW HAMPSHIRE MOTOR SPEEDWAY OR NEW JERSEY MOTORSPORTS PARK. SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE.

Friday Test Day: Will run 9am-Noon and 1pm-5pm. Cost is $200 for 1 car and 1 driver. Extra drivers are $50 per driver. You can pre-register before April 3rd at www.clubregistration.net (then search the date 4/5/2013 to find it), or you can sign up at the track.

SCHEDULE
Friday, 5 April
7am: Gates open
9am-5pm: Monticello sanctioned test day (One hour lunch break at noon)
Noon-5pm: Mandatory Tech Inspection. Every car and at least one driver per team must be present for Friday Tech. No Saturday tech will be offered.

Saturday, 6 April
7am: Gates open
9am: Mandatory drivers' meeting
10am-5pm: Race Session I

Sunday, 7 April
8:15am: Mandatory drivers' meeting
9:30am-5pm: Race Session II
5pm: Checkered Flag
5:30pm: Awards Ceremony
7pm Gates close

THE CARS
Lights: Headlights, taillights, and sidemarkers removed or completely taped over
Rear side and back glass: No restrictions
Noise limit: 92dB at 50 feet

PITS AND PADDOCK
Overnight Camping: Yes
Garbage: Bring a can for your own pit space (fewer receptacles than other tracks)
Vehicle Restrictions: Except for street vehicles coming to or leaving the facility, no motorized vehicles may be used on track property from one hour after track activity ceases until sunrise.
BBQ's allowed: Yes
NO PETS ARE ALLOWED AT MONTICELLO - make other arrangements for the pooch
Bathrooms: Yes permanent and porta-boxes.
Fuel sold on site: Yes 93 Octane ($7.50/gallon) and 100 Octane ($more)
