Race Weekend: 8-9 December 2012
Entry Deadline: 29 September 2012 (APPLY FOR THIS RACE!)
Late entries: Considered case-by-case, space permitting
Track: Chuckwalla Valley Raceway, Desert Center CA

Pre-Event Track Testing: CVR is organizing two days: Friday November 16th and Friday December 7th. Pre-register with the track by fax 760.227.3111 or email (renee@chuckwallavalleyraceway.com). Price is $150 for the day with 1 driver. Additional drivers are $50 each. Download the pdf form here.

SCHEDULE
Friday, 7 December 2012
7am: Gates open
TBA: CVR - organized track testing. Details above.
12pm-5pm: Mandatory Friday tech inspection. Every car and at least one driver per team must be present for Friday tech. No Saturday tech will be offered.
5:15pm: Hooked On Driving Orientation Class (not mandatory). Sign up at HOD's site or at the class.

Saturday, 8 December 2012
7am: Gates open
9am: Mandatory drivers' meeting
10am-4:30pm Race Session I

Sunday, 9 December
8:15am: Mandatory drivers' meeting
9am-4:30pm: Race Session II
4:30pm Checkered Flag
5pm: Awards
7pm: Gates close

Lights: Headlights, taillights, and sidemarkers fully taped or removed
Rearside and backside glass: No restrictions
Noise Limit: 92dB at 50 feet

PITS AND PADDOCK
Overnight Camping: Yes
Pit Vehicle Restrictions: No one under 14 driving ATV's / golf carts in the paddock
BBQ's Allowed: Yes - as long as they are self contained
Running Water: Yes (spigot on side of restrooms)
Permanent Bathrooms: Yes, with showers, and porta-loos too.
Electrical Hookups: No
Pit Hours: Be courteous to your neighbors
Fuel on site: Yes - 91, 100, 110 available Diesel
