Track: Thunderhill Raceway Park, Willows CA; 1.3-mile road course (East Track)

Tentative Schedule:

FRIDAY, 26 DECEMBER
Gates Open: 7:00 am
Thunderhill's Open-Track Testing: 8:00 am-4:00 pm (Note: These are Thunderhill's regular Friday sessions—we got nothin' to do with it. The track charges $125 per car + $25 per driver full day/$75 per car + $25 per driver half-day for testing.)
Early-Nutjob LeMons Check-In & Setup: 3:00 pm-8:00 pm
Early-Nutjob LeMons Tech Inspections: 4:00 pm-8:00 pm
Gates Close: 9:00 pm

SATURDAY, 27 DECEMBER
Gates Open: 8:00 am
Normal-Person Check-In: 8:00-11:00 am (NO CHECK-INS AFTER 11:00)
Normal-Person Tech Inspections: 8:00 am-11:30 am
Driver's Meeting (MANDATORY): 12:00 pm
Drivers in Cars: 12:50 pm
Race Start: 1:00 pm
End of Session I: 9:00 pm
Christmas Party Begins: 9:01 pm

SUNDAY, 28 DECEMBER
Gates Open: 7:30 am
Driver's Meeting (MANDATORY): 8:30 am
Race Session II Start: 9:00 am
Checkered Flag: 3:00 pm
Full-Body Gojo Cleaning: 3:00 pm-5:00 pm
Awards Ceremony: 3:30 pm
Gates Close: 5:30 pm

PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS NOT A 24-HOUR RACE. COMPETITION STOPS BETWEEN 9 P.M. SAT. & 9 A.M. SUN.

 

THE CARS 

Lights: Headlights, taillights, and brake lights mandatory

Side and Rear Glass: No restrictions

Noise Limit: 90dB @ 50 feet

 

PITS & PADDOCK 

Overnight Camping: OK, $50 per occupied RV (covers the whole weekend)

Vehicle Restrictions: None

Pit Assignments: First-come, first-frozen

Barbecues Allowed: Yes

Running Water: Yes

Bathrooms: Very swanky, plus showers

Electrical Hookups: All the hell over the place

Pit Hours: Keep it to a low roar after racing hours; no engines after 9:00 pm

Fuel Sold On-Site: Yes
