GENERAL
Race Weekend: 21-22 November 2009
Entry Deadline: 12 September 2009
Late Entries: Considered case-by-case, space permitting
Track: Thunderhill Raceway Park, Willows CA; 3.0-mile road course. We'll be adding a few directional cones here and there: Check out a hooptie-looking rough track map here.

Friday, 20 November '09
7am: Gates Open:
9am-4pm Thunderhill-Organized Track Testing (details below)
noon-5pm: Mandatory Friday Tech Inspection (Every car and at least one driver per team MUST be present for Tech Inspection on Friday--no Saturday Tech will be offered!)
Saturday, 21 November '09
7am Gates Open
9:15am Drivers' Meeting (Mandatory)
10am-sundown: Race Session I
Sunday, 22 November '09
8:30am: Drivers' Meeting (Mandatory)
9am-sundown: Race Session II
noon: People's Curse
sundown (appx 5pm): Checkered Flag
5:30pm: Awards
7pm: Gates Close
Pre-Race Track Testing: Thunderhill will be holding a Friday test day for LeMons cars. They're charging $200 for one car and driver, plus $50 for each additional driver. Contact Colleen Worthington at the track (530-934-5588 x100 or colleen@thunderhill.com) for more info or to pre-register.
THE CARS
Lights: Headlights and taillights recommended but not mandatory; brake lights mandatory
Side and Rear Glass: No restrictions
Noise Limit: 90dB @ 50 feet
PITS & PADDOCK
Overnight Camping: Paddock camping allowed. Many spaces have RV hookups and power.
Vehicle Restrictions: None
Pit Assignments: First-come, first-frozen
Barbecues Allowed: Yes
Running Water: Yes
Bathrooms: Very swanky, plus showers
Electrical Hookups: All the hell over the place
Pit Hours: Keep it to a low roar after racing hours; no engines after 9pm
Fuel Sold On-Site: Yes - credit card activated pumps on site. If you bring your own fuel in a 55gallon drum or larger, Thunderhill will charge a drop-fee.
FUEL RULES: MINIMUM 2-HOUR PENALTY FOR ANY INFRACTION!
- Fueling allowed in designated Fuel Area (Fuel Pumps) and your paddock space
- Fuel Area will be defined at the Driver's Meeting (ie, please don't bug us before then)
- Two people minimum, one holding extinguisher while fueling from jugs (applies to your paddock space too)
- All people in Fuel Area must wear the same safety gear as a driver when fueling from jugs or cans
- Engine and kill switch must be OFF during fueling
- NO ONE ALLOWED IN THE CAR DURING FUELING
- A NEW DRIVER CAN GO INTO THE CAR AFTER FUELING
- ABSOLUTELY NO OTHER WORK ALLOWED IN THE FUEL PUMP AREA (no tire checks, no fluid checks, etc.)
- You May pump fuel from the pumps without nomex - just like the gas station...

Take the main Willows exit (Route 162) off of Interstate 5. Go west for seven miles and turn right at the humongous racetrack. Or just see the directions online.
