Thursday, 21 April 2016
3pm-11pm: Gates open for early arrival and setup. You may be charged a Thursday-only camping fee by the track should you stay. (Times tentative.)

Friday, 21 April 2017
7am: Gates Open
8:30am-5pmGingerman hosted test day. Details TBA.
1pm-5pm: Mandatory Friday tech inspection. Every car and at least one driver per team must be present for Friday tech. No Saturday tech will be offered.

Saturday, 22 April 2017
7am: Gates open
9am: Mandatory drivers' meeting
10am-7pm: Race Session I

Sunday, 23 April 2017
10am-12pmGingerman Quiet Time - NO RACE MOTORS.
12pm: Ladies and Gentlemen start your LeMons
12:15pm-5:30pm: Race Session II
5:50pm: Awards
8pm: Gates close

PITS & PADDOCK
Overnight camping: Yes
Vehicle restrictions: Except for street vehicles coming to or leaving the facility, no motorized vehicles may be used on track property from one hour after the checker/on track running until sunrise. No firearms or fireworks may be used on track property. No "razor"-type scooters allowed ever.

FUEL RULES
• Fueling only in designated Fuel Area (defined @ driver’s meeting.)
• Two people minimum, one holding extinguisher
• All people in Fuel Area must wear the same safety gear as a driver 
• Engine and kill switch must be OFF during fueling
• NO ONE ALLOWED IN THE CAR DURING FUELING
• A NEW DRIVER CAN GO INTO THE CAR AFTER FUELING
• ABSOLUTELY NO OTHER WORK DURING FUELING (no tire checks, etc.)
