SPECTATOR TICKETS
All-access spectator passes $30 at the gate. Kids under 16 free.

Pre-Race Friday Testing: 
Testing on Friday 9am-5pm with a one-hour break for lunch. Testing teams will be granted early access (Thursday night and before noon on Friday). Cost: $300 per car before Feb 1, fax or email this signup form directly to Zoom Motorsports. On site registration will be available for $425 per car. 

SCHEDULE

Thursday, 2 February 2017
7pm-10pm: Early paddock access for pre-registered testing teams. 

Friday, 3 February 2017
7am: Gates open: Teams that have signed up for testing can enter the paddock anytime. Teams not testing will be allowed in at Noon. They'll stage the rest of us non-testers in a mud and ice filled lot, like last time. Testing info above.
9am-5pm: Testing with a 1-hour break for lunch at noon.
12pm: Non-testing teams can move into paddock
12pm-5pm: Mandatory Friday Tech Inspection. Every car and at least one driver per team must be present for Friday Tech. No Saturday Tech will be offered.

8:30am: Mandatory driver's meeting
9:30am-5pm: Race Session I

Sunday, 5 February 2017
9am-11am: Race Session II
11am-Noon: Quiet Time
12pm-5pm Race Session III
5pm: Checkered Flag
5:30pm: Awards Ceremony
7pm: Gates closed

PITS & PADDOCK
Overnight camping: Yes.
Electrical hookups:  $25/day,  purchased on site.
Pit vehicle restrictions: No motorized vehicles may be used on track property from one hour after the checker/on track running until sunrise. Paddock vehicles are permitted in paddock only - not on roads.
Speed limit is 15 mph on the perimeter road.
No firearms, fireworks, "razor" scooters, skateboards, skates, or drones allowed.
Minors are not allowed to operate bicycles anywhere on BMP property.
BBQs allowed: Propane grills OK. No charcoal open flame BBQ's.
Pets: Barber says NO PETS, except for service animals.
Glass bottles: NO. Bring cans.
Waste fluids: There are receptacles for Oil, fuel, coolant. Anything else like tires, batteries, fuel cans, etc... take them with you.
Use wood pads under jackstands, bring drip pans to catch fuel spills.
Bathrooms: Permanent, with showers, and running water on site.
Fuel available onsite: 93 and 98 unleaded, 110 and 112 leaded at pumps.

FUEL RULES

• Fueling only in designated Fuel Area (defined @ driver’s meeting.)
• Two people minimum, one holding extinguisher
• All people in Fuel Area must wear the same safety gear as a driver 
• Engine and kill switch must be OFF during fueling
• NO ONE ALLOWED IN THE CAR DURING FUELING
• A NEW DRIVER CAN GO INTO THE CAR AFTER FUELING
• ABSOLUTELY NO OTHER WORK DURING FUELING (no tire checks, etc.)
